Only just picked up on this. I'm surprised the rheumy hasn't explained the dosage to you. Also- when I was started on sulf it had to be phased in gradually, starting with one moring and evening, then 1 morning 2 evening and so on. Although the rheumy prescribe it i saw the nurse to go through it in detail. Athough I suppose everyone is different but I was under the impression this phasing was the norm.

I was told to take the sulf twice a day- I'm now on 3 in morning 3 in the evening
